Probing paeonol-Puronic polymer interactions by [super 1]H NMR spectroscopy
Article Abstract:
[super 1]H NMR spectroscopy is used for describing the location and distribution of a hydrophobic drug, paeonol, with respect to the methyl groups of the poly(ethylene oxide)-poly(propylene oxide)-poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO-PPO-PEO) triblock copolymer. The changes in self-diffusion coefficients of paeonol with varying copolymer concentrations and types are determined by using the diffusion-based NMR diffusion ordered spectroscopy (DOSY) method.

Effect of ionic liquids on the aggregation behavior of PEO-PPO-PEO block copolymers in aqueous solution
Article Abstract:
A study employs the Fourier transform infrared and the NMR spectroscopy to analyze the effects of the ionic liquids on the aggregation behavior of poly(ethylene oxide)-poly(propylene oxide)-poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO-PPO-PEO) block copolymers in the aqueous solution. The research has proved to be extremely helpful in studying such effects and shows that at low concentration of the BmimBr, miscelles are formed in the aqueous solution.

Temperature-dependent aggregation and disaggregation of poly(ethylene oxide)-poly(propylene oxide)-poly(ethylene oxide) block copolymer in aqueous solution
Article Abstract:
Dynamic laser scattering (DLS) and [super 1]H NMR spectroscopy are used for examining the aggregation and disaggregation of poly(ethylene oxide)-poly(propylene oxide)-poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO-PPO-PEO) block copolymers in aqueous solutions. The studies have shown that PEO-PPO-PEO block copolymer micelles are temperature-dependent.
